Return Policy

Overview

At Cookenta, we are committed to providing high-quality products and customer satisfaction. This Return & Refund Policy applies to all purchases made through our website, including digital and physical products.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales of eBooks and downloadable products are final and non-refundable once the order is confirmed and the product is delivered/accessed.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for:

  • Incorrect digital product purchases

  • Incompatibility with your device or software

  • Change of mind after download

If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us within 7 days of purchase at support@cookenta.com. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue (e.g., send you a new download link).

Physical Products

We accept returns for physical products (e.g., kitchen tools, printed items) under the following conditions:

  • Return Eligibility

    • Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

    • Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging.

    • You must provide a proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

  • Non-Returnable Physical Items

    • Perishable or customized items

    • Opened or used kitchen tools or utensils

    • Sale/clearance items marked as final sale

  • Return Process

    • To initiate a return, please email returns@cookenta.com with the subject line: "Return Request – Order #[Your Order Number]".

    • You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to an error on our part (wrong item, damaged item, etc.).

    • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Refunds

    • Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

    • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the product was defective or incorrectly shipped.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you need to exchange an item, contact us at support@cookenta.com within 7 days of receipt.
