The Cookenta mobile message service (the “Service”) is operated by SSAM Partners LLC (“Cookenta”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also update these Mobile Terms at any time, and your continued use of the Service following any such changes confirms your acceptance of those changes.

1. Consent to Receive Messages

By opting into Cookenta’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of Cookenta through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided — even if your number is registered on a Do Not Call list (state or federal). Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology.

• Service-related messages may include order updates, alerts, and customer account notifications.

• Promotional messages may include special offers, product launches, reminders, and discount campaigns.

Your participation is completely voluntary and not a condition of purchase.

2. Charges and Responsibilities

Cookenta does not charge for the Service. However, message and data rates may apply depending on your wireless provider. Message frequency may vary.

You are solely responsible for any fees or charges related to SMS/text messaging from your mobile provider. Please check with your provider for details.

3. Opting Out

You can opt-out of the Service at any time by texting STOP to the number provided in our messages or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any text message (if available). Upon unsubscribing, you’ll receive one final confirmation text message. After that, no further messages will be sent unless initiated by you.

If you are subscribed to multiple Cookenta SMS programs, you must opt-out separately from each one.

5. Changes to Short Codes & Numbers

We may change the phone number or short code used for the Service at any time. You acknowledge that messages sent to old numbers may not be received, and we are not responsible for missed opt-out or help requests sent to incorrect or outdated numbers.

6. Disclaimers & Liability

Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

You agree to provide a valid mobile number and understand that if you change your number, you must re-enroll with your new number to continue receiving messages.

To the extent permitted by law, Cookenta and its representatives will not be liable for:

• failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent via SMS,

• any inaccuracies in such information,

• or actions taken or not taken based on the content of the messages.
